Cinematic Indie Pop Between the Sacred and the Surreal

about the project

Written and recorded in a cabin in Michigan, a Seattle basement, and a New York apartment, heaven on earth is a cinematic indie pop album about love, loss, and the long way back to yourself. It oscillates between sacred and surreal — a romantic world of escapism, fantasy, and self-reckoning, quietly asking: “Is there heaven on earth?”

Produced by Jake Crocker (SONY/UMG), heaven on earth blends orchestral textures with pop intimacy — pairing expansive string arrangements with deeply personal lyricism. Drawing inspiration from the wide variety of pop culture — from Call Me By Your Name to Quentin Tarantino, Vampire Weekend to H&M — Heaven on Earth is a search for meaning in a glossy, mediated world, where irony and yearning live side by side. The record moves through grief, transcendence, humor, and heartbreak, exploring how to be human in a world that feels increasingly inhumane.
